Brian, the owner, was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable of all the products. Their was another co-worker in the store who was very helpful as well answering our questions and helping us with the selection process. Brian delivered the fireplace and materials very quickly. He did an excellent job installing everything. I requested if he could change the brick design to herringbone, and he said it was no problem to change it out. We selected the basic chimney cap, and when we went to the house, we saw that he placed the upgraded one. The price was very reasonable. We are very pleased with the purchase and excited to use it next winter! If anyone is in need of a new fireplace or stove, be sure to check out Elite in Sulphur Springs. You will not regret it. Very friendly professional and prompt. I appreciate their knowledge and care for their customers. Always trying to make sure that everything is done right and safe.
