My husband and I had an incredible experience purchasing a fireplace from Elite Fireplane & Stove. Brian, the owner, was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable of all the products. Their was another co-worker in the store who was very helpful as well answering our questions and helping us with the selection process. Brian delivered the fireplace and materials very quickly. He did an excellent job installing everything. I requested if he could change the brick design to herringbone, and he said it was no problem to change it out. We selected the basic chimney cap, and when we went to the house, we saw that he placed the upgraded one. The price was very reasonable.
